At The Outsiders Group, we strive to be different from other IT consulting agencies. Our goal is to aid our customers in overcoming their technology related challenges. What sets us apart is that we also want to empower our customers to walk away with the knowledge and ability to maintain their updated technology after our engagement with them has ended.

In our 40+ years of combined experience, we have found two things often happen when engaging with an IT consulting firm:

• When the engagement has ended and a project has been delivered, the consulting firm walks away leaving no documentation or knowledge transfer for what they delivered. If an issue with that deliverable is encountered later, or an update needs to be made down the road, the customer does not have the resources available to tackle it themselves.

• The consulting team begins to upsell the customer very early into the start of the engagement instead of focusing on the priorities outlined for the project.

The Outsiders Group is committed to helping our customers successfully address their technology challenges without trying to oversell or leave customers hanging when an engagement is completed.
